I’m a hormonal fat loss coach, I help women—mid-life and beyond—create a life long plan to combat stubborn weight gain and hormone imbalances using nutrition, fitness, and mindset strategies that are both achievable and sustainable. I will help you with the challenges we face in our busy day to day lives. So you will have the tools, and strategies to reach your goals, one step at a time.

Nutrition: Everyone’s body is different. A one size fits all approach does not work. I believe in multiple approaches, and that there are no quick fixes. I will help you with the specific challenges women face at mid-life and beyond—and help you figure out a way of eating that you can see yourself doing for the long haul, and has you feeling and looking your best.

Exercise: We are all busy women, we don’t need to spend hours in the gym. We can work on how to exercise smarter, shorter and for your goals. I will guide you with what I’ve learned about exercising as I have aged, and how I’ve kept my hormones happy and got results. Just walking daily can help with stubborn weight gain at this time in our lives.

Mindset: Being consistent, forming new habits one step at a time, taking responsibility for our choices, being consistent, and patient with ourselves. My mantra is age is just a number, we can be anything we want to be at any age. I’m passionate about helping you find a way of eating, exercising, and other lifestyle factors you can see yourself doing for the long haul.

Some Women thrive with coaching one on one, they want the support of a coach, who will help guide them and support them 100%, and help keep them accountable. The most success comes from women who are motivated to get results, who are open to change, and understand that change can sometimes be uncomfortable, but being consistent will get you results.
