Nutrition: Everyone’s body is different. A one size fits all approach does not work. I believe in multiple approaches, and that there are no quick fixes. I will help you with the specific challenges women face at mid-life and beyond—and help you figure out a way of eating that you can see yourself doing for the long haul, and has you feeling and looking your best.
Exercise: We are all busy women, we don’t need to spend hours in the gym. We can work on how to exercise smarter, shorter and for your goals. I will guide you with what I’ve learned about exercising as I have aged, and how I’ve kept my hormones happy and got results. Just walking daily can help with stubborn weight gain at this time in our lives.
Mindset: Being consistent, forming new habits one step at a time, taking responsibility for our choices, being consistent, and patient with ourselves. My mantra is age is just a number, we can be anything we want to be at any age. I’m passionate about helping you find a way of eating, exercising, and other lifestyle factors you can see yourself doing for the long haul.
