Hi, I’m Crystal Pecora and I help women at mid-life and beyond reclaim their bodies!

I totally understand, I have been there and talk to women every day who are saying Crystal help! I don’t know where to begin. When menopause hits and nothing is working anymore it can be beyond frustrating.


…It wasn’t that long ago I was feeling that exact same way.

I was frustrated with not sleeping, getting injured all the time, and not losing one pound even with all the effort I was putting forth. And the low energy slumps were the worst… I often times would talk to myself saying, ‘Crystal, you are eating so well and exercise every day what the heck is going on?’ I was almost ready to just give up.

One day, in the midst of my frustration and feeling really bad, I threw up my hands and I decided to try a new way of exercising and eating… What did I have to lose?

I was scared at first that this new way would make me gain weight, but… I had to trust my body’s signals.

Today I sleep well, eat with ease, and I’m also able to exercise for optimal energy, and well-being, all of which contributes to helping me maintain my weight in a sustainable way.

I’m no different than you, there is nothing super special about my health and fitness story.

My success came out of a shift in my mindset, and the frustration of always feeling tired, and being repeatedly injured… I told myself you can do anything you set your mind to and thought there had to be a better way.

  • It is for women ready to work hard to look and feel better.  I’m going to give you the exact nutrition framework/guideline to lose weight, and work with your metabolism and mindset for results. You must be willing to do the work for the results.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

While I can’t give you an exact number, or tell you how long it will take to reach your personal goal, because each person is different, but… on average within the first 4 weeks women can lose 5-12 pounds depending on specific individual factors.

Are any supplements required for the program?

No, you do not need to purchase any supplements to go through the program successfully. However, I do highly recommend a multi-vitamin, fish oil, and a protein powder of choice as it’s an easy and fast meal, and some women do not get enough protein daily.

What if I don’t like to cook?

You don’t have to cook but I do recommend preparing meals for control over quality. However, I will coach you on how to navigate restaurants and food shopping to keep things simple and sustainable.
