Hi There, I’m Crystal!

Thank you for stopping by! I’m so happy you are here. 

I’m passionate about helping women who are struggling with the changes that happen as we approach the menopausal years.

The women I talk to are frustrated and wondering, just as I did, “what the heck is going on and what will work for me now, at this time in my life?

I’m often asked by the women I help, “Crystal, why can’t I seem to eat the way I used to?”

“When I was young it was so easy, I could eat anything I wanted to. Why is it so hard now?”

“Why do I have all this belly fat now?”

“I exercise every day, I don’t understand why I look this way.”

I get it… because I was just like you, and I have experienced these same frustrations personally.

I know what it is like:

… to have stubborn weight

… to yo-yo back and forth from diet to diet

… to have that shift of weight to the middle

… to exercise 6 days a week, and not lose one pound even with all the effort I was putting forth

… OR (the worst) was that once I would finally “get ahead” and lose some weight, it wasn’t long before I was right back where I started!

One day, in the midst of my frustration and feeling really bad, I threw up my hands and decided to try a new way of eating and exercising….What did I have to lose?

I was scared at first that this new way of exercising and eating would make me gain weight… but I had to trust my body’s signals.

Today, I sleep well, eat with ease, and I’m also able to exercise for optimal energy, all of which contributes to helping me maintain my weight in a sustainable way.

This is why I’ve dedicated my life to helping women just like you lose weight, look great, and feel amazing in their skin.
